Approximately 1,000 dancers gathered at Peacock Collegiate for some dance inspiration.
“I like everything about it. I love the sense of camaraderie backstage, kids becoming friends with kids from other studios and a very positive and supportive atmosphere,” said Sara Bryan, president of the Moose Jaw Festival of Dance.
“They come off the stage and they congratulate each other on a job well done. So that’s really nice. It’s neat to watch the kids grow year after year as they come back. I love the energy backstage.”
Wednesday marked the first day of the 57th annual five-day Dance Inspirations festival, put on by the Moose Jaw Festival of Dance, at Peacock Collegiate.
