Last month, the city issued 12 more permits than it did in April 2015.
The city issued
a total of 35 permits in April 2016 with a value of $7.22 million compared to
23 permits valued at $6.65 million in April 2015. From 2015 to 2016, this is an
increase of 12 permits valued at $576,324.
Last month,
the permits issued included nine commercial permits with a combined value of
$409,225. Those included one storage building permit, one retail complex
permit, two alterations and improvements to an office building and one permit
for alteration and improvements to a restaurant.
