Moose Jaw MLAs Warren Michelson and Greg Lawrence recognize
that the 2017-18 provincial budget will affect the economy in Moose Jaw.
Among many other changes, the government announced the
increase of the PST by one percentage point from five per cent to six per cent,
as well as eliminating some exemptions such as children’s clothing and
restaurant meals.
