On Monday night, budget committee made some changes to
capital projects to address the general capital budget deficit of $1.64 million
in 2017.
“I would suggest we try to balance in 2017. It’s probably
not realistic to balance over the five-year period and as well there’s a
significant amount of flux that’s going to appear over that five-year period,”
said Brian Acker, director of financial services.
