The provincial government is gathering Saskatchewan signatures for a petition against a federally imposed carbon tax.
The task is what brought Saskatchewan Environment Minister Scott Moe to Moose Jaw on Friday for a luncheon at the Moose Jaw Ford Curling Centre, where he spoke against carbon taxation.
“A carbon tax is not a solution for our province, for our nation. It’s quite frankly not a solution to reduce emissions in the world,” he said.
