A 51-year-old Moose Jaw man has been arrested and charged
regarding a home invasion that took place on Dec. 31, 2016.
William Kenneth Windover was arrested on Wednesday after the
Moose Jaw Police Service executed a search warrant in his residence. He is
charged with one offence: breaking and entering into a house and committing the
indictable offence of aggravated assault. This is in relation to the home
invasion on the zero block of Lillooet Street West at approximately 1 a.m. on
Dec. 31. He made his first court appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on
Thursday morning.
