Moose Jaw Times-Herald: Rock Creek donates more than 1,000 cans of soup to food bank

Ashlea and Jeff Street were all smiles as they looked at the 1,104 cans of soup sitting in the Moose Jaw food bank that their Moose Jaw restaurant, Rock Creek, donated.

Rock Creek, as a franchise, launched its first-ever ALS style customer challenge in December, for that month only. Restaurant goers would buy a bowl of soup, and then challenge a friend who would have 24 hours to also buy a bowl of soup. For every can of soup sold at the restaurant they donated one can of soup to the food bank.
