On Thursday, members of the Moose Jaw Health Foundation (MJHF) unveiled a cheque of $2.27 million to the Five Hills Health Region.
“The commitment from the fine people of Moose Jaw once again and the surrounding communities in the region, it speaks volumes. Health care means a lot to everyone,” said James Murdock, chair of the MJHF.
With a stretch goal of $2.3 million, the MJHF is only $150,000 away from reaching that goal. As such, $150,000 is the foundation’s goal for the 10th annual radiothon on May 5 and 6 at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital.
