Before the
city distributes funds this year to the Downtown Facility and Fieldhouse
(DFFH), Coun. Brian Swanson would like to see audited financial statements.
At last week's council meeting, he made a motion for any further distribution of funds to the DFFH be subject to review by the executive committee of the DFFH 2015 audited financial statements.
“During budget
discussions it came out that there were two really important questions that
were not able to be answered by the facility, questions that are very core to
their operation and so I’m hoping that we would be able to receive answers to
those questions,” said Swanson.
