Local cadet takes Shipwright Course in B.C.

Cadet Tory Boczkowski of Moose Jaw had no idea how much fun he’d have on a Shipwright Course in Comox, B.C.

But after spending six weeks on the course at Her Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) QUADRA Cadet Training Centre this summer, he had a blast.

“It was another thing I wanted to do with the cadet program. We also needed someone in Saskatchewan that had the course that could do that work,” he said. “It was a lot of fun.”
