When she stepped off the trolley, Brenda Winny had a smile on her face.

"That was a great way to see the city," she said following the Tourism Moose Jaw daytime tour on Tuesday.

It was far from the only impression she will get of Moose Jaw. She is one of three judges visiting the city to evaluate Moose Jaw for the competitive portion of the 2015 Provincial Communities in Bloom program. The judges are "hardly ever" repeated for the same city for the program, said Winny.
