Years ago, Timothy England said he received
a Golden City badge with the city crest on it.
“I received a crest pretty much an
achievement of me becoming disabled and still moving … It was the city coat of
arms,” said England, who was diagnosed with a genetic bone degenerative
disorder when he was 16.
