Four artists collaborate for new exhibit at Mosaic Gallery

Artist Christy Schweiger stood in front of a wall of ceramic breasts with powerful words engraved on them. Positive. Terminal. Hope.

Five of the 45 pieces have nametags attached to them with some information attached. Not far is a table with information from the Canadian Cancer Society.

Schweiger is no stranger to the effects of breast cancer.

"Three people from close to my life - a relative, an aunt, my mom's best friend my sister's best friend - all got breast cancer in a certain timeframe," she said.
