Matt Noble responds to PSSD's concerns with the LIP for cast iron water main replacement

Some of Prairie South School Division's claims regarding the local improvement plan (LIP) are a "little bit robust," said city manager Matt Noble.

"There's no school included in the first two years of the program. They're not in that bad of condition," he said.
