Rob Clark believes small businesses, in
part, define the City of Moose Jaw.
“They’re a big
part of who we are and what we are, the grassroots here. The box stores and
whatever come through, but they’re still a big part of our community,” said
Clark, CEO of the Moose Jaw and District Chamber of Commerce.
