Ten years ago, Moose Jaw-based artist Andrew Meredith had his first art show.
"What happened is my high school teacher - I was working a full-time job - and she had said she had contacted this gallery in Assiniboia and she contacted them and got the show all booked up. She's like, 'All you have to do is a few more paintings.' I already had a few paintings in storage," he said. "It just snowballed after that."
Now, he's about to have a show at the Mosaic Gallery at the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre, called New Waves. In his fifth show at the Mosaic Gallery, he is teaming up with a new artist, David Stymeist.
