Moose Jaw Times-Herald: Library asks for modest budget increase

People are using the Moose Jaw Public Library's digital platforms now more than ever.

"In 2011, the public libraries took a subscription to TumbleBooks, which is e-picture books for kids," said Karon Selzer, head librarian. "It's doing marvellous."

In 2014, 7,362 e-picture books were downloaded and in 2015, 11,825 e-picture books were downloaded.

Digital offerings at the library date back almost 20 years.
