No funnel clouds touched down across Sask.

What appeared in many photos to be many funnel clouds around Moose Jaw on Monday were actually only two funnel clouds.
“It seemed like we got a lot of pictures of the same funnel clouds from a lot of different angles because a lot of people
saw them,” said Terri Lang, meteorologist with Environment Canada.
“It was reported that one of them touched down, but we couldn’t confirm it because the way the pictures are, the funnels sort
of came right down to the surface, but then you couldn’t see if it was making contact or not. There’s trees in the way or
there’s buildings or whatever.”
