In 1972, Doug Durst visited a dealer in the east end of Toronto and bought a new Laverda 750 SF motorcycle made in Italy.

Now, 43 years later, he still rides his sport motorcycle and he hasn’t had to do any restorative work on it.

“I was a kid going to university and my old motorcycle was getting kind of tired,” said Durst. “I painted the tank, but it’s actually in original condition. It’s not restored.”
