Const. Shawn Mohle wants to help people experiencing a crisis.
"If I can bring some sort of light to a person's day to change their thought process and their thought patterns to wanting to hurt to kill or harm themselves, if we can do that, that's pretty rewarding," he said.
As a crisis negotiator for the Moose Jaw Police Service for the last seven or eight years, he's been fortunate that all of the situations he's been involved in have ended peacefully.
But that doesn't mean it's an easy job.
