Annual food drive for food bank seeking volunteers

Since moving to Moose Jaw in 2007, Karen MacNaughton has seen the generosity of local residents through the Better Together
Food Drive.
"The last few years, we have supplied the food
bank with about half of what they need to operate annually. It has
enabled them to increase the size and frequency of their hampers to
people who really need help the most. So we're pretty excited about
that," she said.
As the organizer of
the annual Better Together Food Drive, she is already looking for
volunteers who want to help out on the collection night on Oct. 31. The
drive is in support of the Moose Jaw and District Food Bank.
