On Monday, the YMCA’s leprechaun hunt will begin.
“We’re going to see if we have trapped a leprechaun.
If not, we’re going to look for clues that he’s been here and if he’s
left anything like any of his treasures,” said Kelly Poitras organizer
of the Lucky Charms & Leprechauns event and the programmer and
building administrator at the YMCA Strong Start Family Centre.
“We’re also going to do some St. Patrick’s Day games
and we’re going to learn an Irish jig. Before their hunt they’re going
to put on leprechaun hats and stuff and we’re just going to get them
geared up. Hopefully we find his treasure, if not him.”
