There are 45 Moose Jaw Business Excellence Award (MJBEX) nominations this year.
“It’s really good this year. What we’re really
pleased with is the two categories, Young Entrepreneur and New Business
Venture,”
said Brian Martynook, CEO of the Moose Jaw and District Chamber of
Commerce. “Having that number of nominations for New Business
at nine, and Young Entrepreneur at six, that really shows Moose
Jaw’s progressing.”
The Moose Jaw and District Chamber of Commerce released the list of nominees on Tuesday. He said the number of 2014 nominees
is “right on board” with previous years. Usually, there are between 40 and 50 nominations.
