City has a plan in place for snow removal and sanding operations

As soon as the snow comes down, the city is prepared to start sanding.
"That would be the freezing snow, sleet, rain,
whatever we're going to start to get in the next couple of weeks and it
could
be well into January and February. There's an indication it's
going to be a mild winter," said Duane Grado, public works manager
with the city.
