The only thing more frightening on Halloween than scary delights is having a real-life accident.
I've always seen Halloween as a fun day and night. Many people of all ages dress up in costumes and head out trick or treating
or to parties or to help with the annual food drive. It's a busy night, sure to be filled with fun surprises.
But it wouldn't be fun if someone got seriously hurt.
