Moose Jaw Times-Herald: A healthier way to eat and live

For years, Laura Jacques-Gilmour and her daughter have been in pain. Now that she’s resolved it, she wants to help others.


“I guess I’m on a mission. I just want to share with other people what we’ve experienced,” said Jacques-Gilmour. “My vision is a world of healthy people nurtured by naturally delicious food.”

She is the author of a cookbook called Gluten-Free Gets Good and the founder of an online bistro, Get Real Bistro. She will be doing an in-store presentation and demonstration at Nutter's Bulk & Natural Food in Moose Jaw on Dec. 2. She will do a nut-milk demonstration and share her pumpkin pecan scone recipe. Nutter's also sells her cookbook.
