Executive committee approves funding request for celebrations

Mandy Higgins knows how special of a year 2016 is for the
Mae Wilson Theatre.
That is, after all, the year the 420-seat Mae Wilson Theatre
at the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre (MJCC) turns 100 years old.
“Some of you have likely been to a show in the theatre and
experienced its beauty, which was restored to its original glory when it was
opened as the Allen Theatre in 1916,” said Higgins, marketing co-ordinator with
the MJCC.
