Bike skills park representatives are looking for $10,000 of funding.
At the Dec. 11 meeting of the parks and
recreation advisory committee meeting and following a presentation by
representatives,
the committee recommended that council allocate the remaining
$6,613.69 from the 2013 community projects capital grant funding
for the park.
It also recommended the remaining $3,386.31 be considered in the 2014 community projects capital grant review process. The
recommendations were passed unanimously at Monday's council meeting.
