Moose Jaw Times-Herald: July building permit worth rises compared to 2012

For the second month in a row, the largest building permit issued was regarding the new hospital.

In July the city issued a $77,500 permit to the Five Hills Health Region (FHHR) for the new hospital at 55 Diefenbaker Dr. The estimated cost for the project is $15.5 million.

The Five Hills Regional Health Authority received a permit worth $1,530 to construct a maintenance building at the new hospital site at a cost of $360,000.

The second largest permit went to GJR motel management valued at $22,500 to allow for the construction of a Ramada Hotel at 359 Diefenbaker Dr. The project cost is estimated at $4.5 million.
