Ryan Buckton and Adam Law want to set up their paving company, Westside Paving Inc., in Moose Jaw.
"We can coexist with asphalt plants," said Law. "Asphalt plants are well regulated."
Those regulations include Environmental Guidelines for Asphalt Plants published by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment. Buckton and Law said they plan to create 10 to 15 jobs in their first year of operation and 25 to 30 in the following year.
