Elanco Canada Limited donates $10,000 to food drive to kick off the Sask. Stock Growers Association at Mosaic Place

The 104th annual Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association (SSGA) convention in Moose Jaw began Monday with a major donation to help Saskatchewan’s food banks.

“I’m a beef producer and we’re looking for something to do in Saskatchewan on a larger scale and the Stock Growers had already started this program,” said Gordon Roger, originally from Saskatchewan and now the beef sales manager with Elanco Canada Limited based in Guelph, Ont. “So rather than start something new, we thought we’d help them build on this and make them more successful.”

Elanco Canada Limited donated $10,000 from its 100 Communities Initiative to the SSGA’s beef drive that supports food banks in Saskatchewan.
