City receives detailed evaluation form for Communities in Bloom

Moose Jaw received a 79 per cent score in the 2015 Communities in Bloom competitive evaluation.

The city was a provincial winner and received four blooms.

"We want to do the same for next year. We want to be in the evaluated category and we want to see the community bloom," said Michelle Blakely, member of the Moose Jaw Communities in Bloom committee.
