Mayor Deb Higgins is all too aware of the age of the city’s infrastructure.
“Everything’s getting old,” she said. “We’ve focused on roads and sidewalks and what’s underground in most of our conversations, but street lights are also a big part of it and the problem we’re facing right now is that many of the street lights are old.”
