Four years ago, Carol Acton’s goal of fundraising $50,000 in 50 days to feed hungry children didn’t seem likely.
“I didn’t even think it was possible and this
community is fabulous and so generous to us,” she said. “What a world
of difference
it makes to have the support. The last two years we’ve actually
reached our goal.”
