The single largest commercial building permit last month was for alterations, repairs and additions to an arena.
A permit valued at $991,000 was for that exact purpose. It was one of 22 permits valued at $2.63 million that the city issued
in September. In September 2013, the city issued 37 permits worth $18.97 million.
