Local MLAs pleased with results of the spring session

Growth and a balanced budget are two of the highlights from the spring session for Warren Michelson and Greg Lawrence.
“I think the advancement of the government
agenda, the steady growth of the province and the performance of the
province has
done very well,” said Michelson, provincial MLA for Moose Jaw
North. “I think that also is backed up by the Conference Board
of Canada’s release (Thursday) that Saskatchewan has an A+ in
their performance, their economic performance.”
Thursday marked the last sitting of the spring session of the provincial government. Michelson and Lawrence said the balanced
budget with no tax increases was the biggest highlight of the session.
