The Times-Herald stocking fund is out to help improve people’s Christmas.
Starting Monday, the Times-Herald will collect donations to raise money for the Salvation Army’s Christmas hamper program.
“There are many families that wouldn’t have Christmas because we’ve heard them say to us, ‘you know, I’m thankful for the
Salvation Army because I wouldn’t have a Christmas without the help I get from you folks,’” said Maj. Rosena Halvorsen at
the Salvation Army.
