Moose Jaw Times-Herald: Moose Jaw Armoury looking good

Under the beating sun, a dozen workers were painting, welding and doing other work to restore old vehicles.

Since Thursday last week, workers from Canadian Rangers, a special component with the Canadian Forces, have been spending 14-hour days restoring all of the vehicles on display in front of the Moose Jaw Armoury.

“In collaboration with the Saskatchewan Dragoons, we worked it out that we would come down and help restore the vehicle park,” said Capt. Daryl Bazin, company commander of the Alberta and Saskatchewan for the Canadian Rangers Patrol Group. “I think (the display is) a very good, positive reflection of the Canadian Forces and in particular the army contingent.”
