Moose Jaw Times-Herald: Local genealogical society seeking younger members

Group to host educator and author John Althouse to focus on involving youth in genealogy

For Diana Clarke, genealogy is like solving a mystery.


“Following family history is like a detective story. You follow all the clues and some don’t lead anywhere and some lead to fascinating new places,” she said.


Clarke has been a member of the Moose Jaw branch of the Saskatchewan Genealogical Society for the last decade. The group focuses on study, research and preservation of genealogy and family history.
