Friendly City Optimist Club helps school’s fundraising
efforts with a $6,000-donation

Kids at Empire Community School are well on their way to
getting a playground.
The Friendly City Optimist Club recently presented Empire
School with a $6,000-donation. This added to the $4,000 that Empire School
students raised since fall. Friday morning, in recognition of the donation, the
school put on a pancake breakfast with the help of RBC.
