In his nearly 40 years spent as a teacher, Dale Jackman saw many kids in need of school supplies.
“I saw kids coming and they didn’t have
adequate supplies and they’re too embarrassed to say anything,” he said.
“Especially when I was in the elementary schools, it was more prevalent there.”
