Residents of Moose Jaw will soon live in a city with more than 40,000 meters of water line that is at least 100 years old.
This was one of the pieces of information revealed in a collection of city reports, put together by the city clerk/solicitor’s department, regarding the status of the city’s cast iron water mains and their rehabilitation. It was presented at Monday’s council meeting. Coun. Brian Swanson introduced that motion, which was adopted on Feb. 24.
