Coun. Patrick Boyle learned a lot at the Federation of Canadian
Municipalities (FCM) conference.
“(I learned) innovation can come from anywhere. Smaller cities
can be innovative and press change,” said Boyle. “There are other places that
are doing these really interesting, innovative projects and trying to find
better ways to spend taxpayers’ dollars.”
