The majority of city council voted to recommend to the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) for permitted liquor establishments to have extended operational hours during the weekend of the Juno Awards.

At Monday’s meeting, council approved the 2013 Juno Awards committee’s request for recommendation to extend the hours of operation from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. from April 19 to 21.
