"It’s been a fairly favourable step-in to winter this year," said Galloway. "We just appreciate everybody’s patience and hope that everybody recognizes that we are into winter and we need to plan a little more time to get to where we’re going and leave some space in front of the vehicles ahead of you."

"Please watch out for our guys because we do back up frequently and make sure that they give us an opportunity to make the roads as safe as possible," said Galloway.
