Tuesday morning by the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital, a body laid on a log not far from a car with two female passengers inside. Outside, Grade 11 Peacock Collegiate student Jett Kowalchuk wandered around as he waited for police, fire and EMS personnel to arrive.
