Tuesday morning by the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital, a
body laid on a log not far from a car with two female passengers inside.
Outside, Grade 11 Peacock Collegiate student Jett Kowalchuk wandered around as
he waited for police, fire and EMS personnel to arrive.
Const. Kyle Cunningham asked him a few questions.
