The Royal Canadian Legion Moose Jaw branch held a memorial service to commemorate the centennial since the beginning of the Battle of Vimy Ridge that lasted for three days.

As president of the Moose Jaw legion, it was Roy LaBuick’s hope that people would walk away with a renewed understanding of the “sacrifice that was made.”
