Canada, North Korea and China are the only countries without abortion legislation.
“It’s quite amazing because other places will say at
such and such a time, after this trimester, then no, it’s against the
law,” said Jean Landry, president of Moose Jaw Right to Life. “We have
none. It’s a void and that’s a big concern.”
The Moose Jaw Right to Life had its annual Walk for
Life event on Saturday where supporters of all ages and genders went for
a 45-minute walk from Victory Church to Main Street and back in support
of abortion law. The walk has been occurring every year for more than
30 years.
