If desired, the city will refund some of the Westheath housing down payments.
The decision to do so for some residential
lots in the Westheath Phase 4 area was decided in one of the in-camera
items at Monday’s executive committee meeting at city hall.
“Administration
was recommending some changes to contract for purchasing land. There
are some people who purchased property and they were unable to access it
in a timely fashion,” said city manager Matt Noble.
