The city and Civic Centre Plaza Inc. developer have reached a settlement.
At Monday’s council meeting councillors ratified executive committee’s decision at the Aug. 13 meeting that clarified the use of the previously approved funds of $120,000. The city will pay the funds to Civic Centre Plaza Inc. for the construction of a new north-south storm sewer line as part of the settlement agreement with the City of Moose Jaw.
